By ordering from this website you are deemed to have accepted the following
terms and conditions:
- Pricing: all prices (including Shipping) and specifications
may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices are not negotiable
and will be as appearing on your confirmation email. Please note that
if any errors or omissions occur and we are unable to process your
order at the incorrectly quoted price we will always contact you to
allow you to cancel your order or proceed with it at the correct price.
- Specifications: the specifications of cycles are subject
to change without notice, depending on the stock available at the
time
- Delivery: we endeavour to despatch your order as soon as
possible but guaranteed delivery dates are not part of our contract
with you. Any goods not delivered within 28 days will trigger an investigation
and possible replacement. Our obligation only extends to replacing
the item(s) originally ordered and we cannot accept responsibility
for any consequential loss.
- Onza half price replacement policy: Don't forget as well
the Onza half price replacement policy. We recognise that trials riding,
particularly non-competition urban riding is fraught with potential
hazards. Some riders are also less proficient than others and may
damage the cycle through inexperience. So, if that tricky little move
you planned didn't quite go as intended and your bike comes into severe
contact with wall/fence/railing/bollard/etc., you have the peace of
mind of knowing that any Onza branded component will be replaced
for half our original suggested retail price. This operates
at any time during the first two years of ownership and is a no-questions-asked
unlimited policy. Even if you have a habit of reversing a car over
it, it will be covered every time. The damaged item must be returned
to us and the replacements will be supplied directly from ourselves.
Payment will be made directly to ourselves and you will be responsible
for all post and packaging costs. Authorisation may, however, be required
from the dealer from whom you bought the bicycle as your sale contract
is always with them (unless you bought it directly from us). This
policy covers Onza branded components only and whilst
it applies to frames and forks, it does not cover complete bicycles.
IMPORTANT: This policy is a goodwill policy used at the discretion
of the Super Cycles group. It is not an automatic right. The Super
Cycles group may rescind your right to the benefits of this policy
at any time.
- Warranty Replacement: For any item bought from us to be considered
by us for replacement under warranty, it must be returned to us for
assessment, with its original receipt, within the warranty
period. If a component is not eligible for replacement under warranty
it may qualify for the Half Price Replacement Scheme (see above),
Please note, your contract of sale for any item is with the shop you
bought it from. Any postage costs are not refundable.
- Post & Packing: Post & packing charges will be notified
on your final checkout. The price charged is not negotiable and will
be charged to your credit card in addition to the charge for the goods
ordered.
- Returns: In line with mail order legislation you are entitled
to return for refund any item within seven days of receiving it without
any specific reason. However, we insist that any such returns are
still in undamaged original packaging and that the goods themselves
be undamaged, unused and still saleable as new items. We reserve the
right to refuse refunds on goods returned outside these parameters.
We do not refund post and packing charges, both from and to ourselves,
under any circumstances. Return of goods is the responsibility of
the purchaser and is at their expense. Allowing for delivery time,
it is unlikely that any refund will be given on any item received
by ourselves more than ten days after despatch from us unless specific
evidence of receipt and despatch within seven days can be provided
by the customer.
