Navigation

The primary navigation links are at the top of each page. The logo at the top left will take you back to the SuperCycles home page (this will not affect any items in your shopping cart). The links on the top right of the page allow you to find products in a number of ways.
The bold links on the top row let you search the site and see what you have in your shopping cart, and get our contact details. Clicking search will take you to a screen where you select the type of product you are looking for, then click search. This will take you to a list of all items in stock of that type. If there are more than 10 items the list will be split into multiple pages. Use the previous | next links to navigate the results. When you see an item you would like more information on, click the details link to go to the details page. The details page is covered in the buying help.

Clicking advanced search will take you to a screen very similar to the search screen, but with a text box. To use the advanced search you select a product type, as before, but this time you type in the name of the product you're looking for (or part of the name) to narrow down the results. For example, selecting Stock Trials (26") and typing 'Shoot' into the text box would give you all the Trials build DDG Shooters. This takes you to a list of results as detailed above.

Clicking cart will show you the contents of your shopping cart. The shopping cart is covered in Buying help.

Clicking contact will show the contact details for SuperCycles.

The second row of links at the top right take you to the Product Category Page. This is a page of links to most of the types of products available on this site, grouped together so you can easily see what is available. Clicking a link on the Product Category Page will take you to a detail page, the same as when using search or advanced search.

Buying

Security: The SuperCycles online shopping site uses, and has always used, top of the range encryption technology. We are currently using 128 bit SSL encryption, on a THAWTE verified secure server.

After you have found a product you would like to buy, you can add it to your cart from the details page. For most products there are a number of colours/options that you can select from. These are usually colours, but may also be sizes. You can also select the quantity that you would like to buy by typing it into the quantity box, and then clicking the add to cart button. You will then be taken to the cart page.

On the cart page you can see all the items you have in your cart, how many of each, sub-totals, shipping costs (which are calculated by weight), and the grand total. You can change the quantity of items here (enter 0 to remove an item). If all is good click 'checkout' to continue.

Checkout: There are 2 stages to the checkout. In the first stage you will be asked for your name, address and email. Please take care when entering your email address because you will be sent a confirmation mail needed for any correspondence. When you click the 'continue' button at the bottom of the page you will be taken to our secure server. You can tell the page is secure by the small padlock icon in the bottom right. Once on this secure page you can enter your credit card details, and then click 'submit' to complete your order. You will shortly recieve a confirmation email.
